The Capital Area Food Bank of Texas (CAFB) provides food and grocery products to more than 350 Partner Agencies in 21 Central Texas counties. In 2009, CAFB provided more than 23 million pounds of food. The CAFB service area covers 19,064 square miles in Central Texas.

Thundering Paws is a no-kill, non-profit animal sanctuary located near Austin in Dripping Springs, Texas. They will offer cats for adoption, as well as fun trinkets and kitty supplies for sale to benefit their sanctuary.

Bat Conservation International (BCI), based in Austin, Texas, is devoted to conservation, education, and research initiatives involving bats and the ecosystems they serve. It was founded in 1982, as scientists around the world became concerned that bats essential to the balance of nature and human economies were in alarming decline. They will offer educational materials and other information on their unprecedented progress by emphasizing sustainable uses of natural resources that benefit both bats and people.
