Transportation: If you are flying into Austin, the Super Shuttle operates 24 hours a day.  The reservation desk is on the baggage level of the airport.  Exhibitors will need to arrange transportation to and from the show hall, as the Super Shuttle is only between airport and hotel.

Registration: Pedigreed cats and household pets may be shown in TICA with a pending registration number.  Points may be claimed after the registration number is assigned, but only for the first show where the cat didn't have a registration number in the catalog.  Subsequent shows without a registration number will not be scored.  All Provisional New Breed, Advanced New Breed, and New Traits entries must have a TICA registration number to be shown.

Awards: Rosettes will be given in accordance with TICA rules.

Caging: This is a Bring Your Own Cage show.  Each cat entered will be allotted a 24" space to bench in.  If your cage will not fit in 24", you must purchase an extra half-cage space (an extra 24").  Please see the summary sheet for prices.  We will have no wire cages available, but we will be selling pop-up tents for $20 to exhibitors, which they may keep at the end of the show.  They are 30" square.

Services: Cat litter will be provided, but please bring your own litter pans.  People food will be available from the concession stand, but please note that outside food may NOT be brought into the show hall.

Non-vetted Show: TICA rules for non-vetted shows will be followed.  Have all cat's claws (front and back) clipped.  All cats must have updated immunizations.  The State of Texas requires all cats to have a rabies vaccination.

Clerks / Stewards: Please indicate on the Summary Form if you will be available to clerk.  Ring clerks will be paid $35/day, will be provided with lunch and a marked catalog.  Ring clerks will be assigned when entries have closed.  Requests to clerk are not a guarantee of assignment.  Do NOT deduct clerking fees from entry fees; compensation will be made at the end of the show.  Stewards will be compensated $15/day and provided lunch.

Ring Sponsorships: Ring sponsorships are available for $75/ring.  Each ring sponsor will receive recognition in the ring and a free full page advertisement in the show catalog.  The ad copy should be sent to the entry clerk no later than September 27, 2010.

Payment: We accept checks, money orders, and PayPal.  Checks and money orders should be mailed directly to the entry clerk.  All payments are due prior to check in unless arrangements have been made with the Show Manager.  There will be a $25 charge for entries paid at check in.  NSF checks and fees owed due to failure to bench will be reported to TICA in accordance with Show Rule 24.4.
